Hi all,

My name is Aleks and I am looking for a lovely person to move into the second bedroom of my home for October 2026 - April 2027 period as a Lodger.

All bills included (water, energy, wifi, council tax), and sharing only with me. The house is fully furnished. The kitchen cabinets will be painted before new person moves in as well.

**The Home**
It's a comfortable, centrally located apartment with 2-bedrooms, a shared kitchen and bathroom. It's great for anyone who might need easy travel links to Central London, City of London, Stansted, etc.

-Shoreditch High Street - 5mins walk
-Central London - 25mins by Tube
- 35mins by Bus
-Canary Wharf - 20mins on Overground

I try to keep the apartment clean & organised as I go. Open to a cleaning schedule or getting a regular bi-weekly cleaner - happy to discuss!

**About Me**
I'm 32, originally from Poland/Ireland, and have been in London in this particular flat since 2021.

I run my own business and also freelance from time to time in the creative industries. I work a flexible schedule- some days I'm full day at home, others I'm away. Every week is different! I enjoy a friendly, relaxed home, and happy to both hang-out as well as have our own space. :)

This would likely suit another professional or creative person with a busy lifestyle, who wants a comfortable base in London.
