Amazing price for the superb location. Right off of Shoreditch High Street. 1 minute from Shoreditch High St station and Brick Lane, 10 mins walk to Liverpool Street, the City, and Old Street. Easy access to neighbouring Dalston and Hackney.

Bus stops right at our doorstep, which seem to have every bus you would ever need to get around London. There is also a gym next to our block, and a tesco opposite. There are literally dozens of pubs, music venues, clubs, and restaurants within a 5 minute radius of our flat. There are also some nice shops, boutiques and cafes as well.

Also note that theres no living room, but dine-in kitchen serves as shared communal area. The flat is also on the 4th floor with no lift, but hopefully you wouldnt mind a bit of exercise :)
