First rent is due on the 14th of April but it is available sooner. Bills roughly come to an extra £50 a month.

15 mins walk from Liverpool Street, Old Street and Bethnal Green. Loads of shops around the corner. In a really quiet and safe area.

House mates are lovely, 1 English graduate, a French couple from Paris and a Danish Student.
