I am looking for someone to take my room from the 1st of April because I am relocating to another country.

Located in zone 1, just 2 minutes walk to Shoreditch High Street (Overground) and less than 10 minutes to Liverpool Street Station (Central Line, Metropolitan Line, H & C Line, Circle Line). Lots of busses from nearby

Sainsbury’s and Tesco are also located nearby as well as the vibrant nightlife and markets that Brick Lane is known for. Please note that it can be very busy on the weekends.

The flat is recently refurbished with 3 bedrooms, a big kitchen with living area (couch, tv, dvd player). Well equipped with washing machine and dishwasher, fast WiFi

Room comes with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and a shelf;
additional storage space available.

You will be sharing with two professional friendly girls in their mid twenties always happy for a chat but also value privacy. Looking for a clean and tidy flatmate to live with.

Rent is £690, £790 including bills. 6 weeks deposit. As we are renting through an agency references will be required and there will be a small admin fee to amend the contract.
