Double room in amazing house: Shoreditch/Brick Ln

Me and my friend are moving in to a 2 Bedroom house at the end of the month. One of us will be using the living room as a 3rd bedroom but keeping its main function as the living room at the same time. We're going to have a sofa bed (as well as a second sofa) in the living room so the majority of the time it will be used as the living space. It has a big garden, perfect for BBQs this summer (south facing as well!), 2 decent sized double bedrooms which we're happy to negotiate who has which! It was done up in 2012/2013 so in very good condition. The landlord is really nice and seems like he'll help out if we ever need it....he said he'd cut the grass if we want him too! The price advertised is for the rent and we would be splitting bills equally, which with any luck won't be more than 60 each!

Both me and matt have been working as architects since graduating from newcastle university last summer. we consider ourselves pretty outgoing, enjoying a few drinks mid-week/heading out at weekends, whilst also chilling out around the house, and in our awesome back garden in the summer. We're looking for somebody to move in with us up for a laugh and wanting a short term let (4 months)....it can be extended afterwards however we are both moving on after the let so new housemates would need to be found!
