We're renting a double room in our amazing flat in Brick Lane from mid March - mid July as our flatmate is going to go abroad.
The house is right on Brick Lane (zone 1) which is a 10min walk to Liverpool Street Station (tube, trains and buses), 8min walk to Shoreditch High Street overground and 6min walk to Aldgate East tube.
We're looking for someone fun and laid back who contributes to the great vibes of our house. You'll be living with 3 girls and 1 guy from France, UK and Portugal: 2 students and 2 professionals.
DOG LOVERS ONLY! We have 2 dogs that we all take on walks and share the responsibility for! For this reason we will give priority to ppl who have a flexible schedule!
The room is bright, with a double bed, furniture, window and heating. We cannot take couples though. The house has a great internet connection, 1 shower, 2 toilets, wood floors, wifi, washing machine, dryer, coffee machine, microwave and all that stuff.
We have a cleaner who comes once a week and does the whole house incl bedrooms - lush!
The rent is £790 a month.. That includes absolutely EVERYTHING.
