We have double room available in our 4 bedroom flat just off brick lane. The flat is on the second floor of a three story block it has a large living room with TV, large kitchen, bath/shower, separate toilet, washing machine and small balcony. The room comes with a double bed, drawers and clothes rail. The flat is a 10-15 minute walk from Liverpool st, 10 minutes from shoreditch high street station and aldgate east station. Would be ideal for someone who works in the city/bank/moorgate as all are walking distance. The room is £790 all up with bills (£710 rent and £80 bills per month)

You will be sharing with 3 professionals, Benoit (French) 28 and works in IT, Michael (Australian) 25 designer, Sarah (Australian) 24 office manager. We are pretty social with each other we have flat mate dinner night, going to the cinema, going for drinks, movie nights in the flat, weekly tv show viewings, nights out and the occasional party in the flat. We're looking for someone who's happy to join in on occasion.

The room is available from the start of March.
