Favourite haunts on the weekend are Colombia Road and Broadway markets which are within walking distance.
Shared house facilities include kitchen, lounge with sofa/ dining room with a large table and chairs, and a good sized well maintained garden (no need for much maintenance as the grass is new astroturf). There is 1 excellent shower room with WC and a bathroom with WC.
