Double with ensuite nr Bricklane in 2bed flat

I am looking for a flatmate to share a lovely 2 bed, 2 bath flat on Cheshire Street just off Brick Lane.
The bedroom available is a decent sized double and you would have sole use of the main bathroom. The flat has a large reception room with open plan kitchen and a fair sized balcony. There is a dishwasher and washer/dryer machine (the dryer even works) and entry phone. The flat is furnished, recently decorated and has loads of natural light. I have rented privately from the Landlord for the last 2 years (great guy) and am looking for someone to move in is as my flatmate moved out to live with his girlfriend. It's a great flat in the perfect location.
The flat is about a 10mins walk from Liverpool Street Station, 15mins from Old Street and just round the corner from Shoreditch High Street station. It is perfectly located just off Brick Lane and all its many attractions while the bars and restaurants in Shoreditch are just a short stroll away. I work in the city so have the benefit of a short walk to work in the mornings. This location is great as its close enough to walk but the area ensures when you arrive home you can leave it all behind you. I frequently walk home alone and as the area is so lively I always feel safe!
I'm 29yrs old working in finance. Originally from Somerset but have lived in London for the last 7 years. I don't spend a huge amount of time at home, I am out most evenings and I often travel at weekends. I work reasonable hours usually finishing around 6: 30pm but tend to be busy most evenings meeting friends, going to the gym or playing netball. When I want to relax however I love nothing more than coming back to a comfortable home and sharing a glass of wine! I am a tidy and respectful flatmate and looking for the same in return.
