Shoreditch house for young, fun person!

Dear Potential housemate,

We are 1 guy and 2 girls looking for someone fun and easy going to share our Shoreditch house with. You will be sharing with 1 English girl, an American girl, and American guy all in our 20s, who get on very well and are looking for someone that will be a good fit.

We are quite social and generally go out for drinks during the week, cook dinners and go out on the weekends. Ideally we would like to keep this balance so would enjoy living with someone tidy and social.

The house is on a quiet street about 30 seconds from Brick Lane and unlike most house ads on here isn't ex council. It has 2 bathrooms, modern kitchen with the usuals and washer/dryer; a quiet rear garden and a lounge with al-fresco dining area.

The house itself is really close to the nicer and trendier end of Brick Lane with all the bars in close proximity. Within a 5 min walk you have Lounge Lover, Pizza East, Shoreditch House, Vibe Bar, BB Babylon, cinema, Brick Lane Bagel Shops ... the list is pretty endless. Tesco is a 10 min walk away.

Shoreditch tube for services to Canary Wharf are 5 mins away, Aldgate East (district line) and Bethnal Green (Central Line) are 10 mins away, Liverpool St and Old St (Northern Line) are 15 min walk away. Or you can get the no8 bus from around the corner which takes you through to the City and West End.

The room is furnished and has a double bed and is £895 a month, the rent includes a weekly cleaner, all utilities and WIFI. The contract is for 1 year with a break after 6 months.
