Awesome double room available right near Brick Ln

Two of our housemates are moving out of their room so we need some more friendly social housemates to fill their place. We have one huge double room to fill. We like to socialize and will generally be out and about through the weekends, but normally relatively chilled through the week as we all work (bar one who is studying) but will go out for a cheeky pint (or two) or a dinner out once or twice a week depending on how busy we all are :)

The Room

A double room is fully furnished and opens out into the back garden. Really quiet and cosy. The room is £900 per month, this is inclusive of all bills including broadband wifi. The room is spacious, bright and fully furnished. Since we moved in we've only had couples in the room, but are also totally cool with the room being occupied by one person only.

The house is only 4 minutes walking distance to the main drag of Brick lane. The place is in such a good area close to shops, bars and nightlife. It's opposite a park which is lovely and is used a lot in the summer (maybe less so in the winter) :)

WHITECHAPEL & ALDGATE EAST(5 MINS)
SHOREDITCH HIGH STREET (10 MINS)
LIVERPOOL STREET (<15 MINS)

Its a 5 bedroom house and you will be sharing it with 4 other people. The house is over 2 floors, with a bathroom and another separate toilet and big kitchen with dining area - perfect for your house fiesta with all those cool people you will be sharing with!

THE AREA
The house is in quiet area but very close to Brick Lane, Shoreditch and Liverpool Street... close to the cool areas and plenty of shops. There are also many day and night buses!
