Lovely double room in Brick Lane Flat

Hey! We're are looking for a lovely, friendly flatmate to join us in our little flat, as previous flatmate, Noah is moving up to Leeds!

All the details are below, please have a gander and let us know a bit about you if you think you'd be a good match and like a viewing (Please don't just write "is the available" we'd love to know a bit about you!)

We're literally just off brick lane, so it's a dream transport/ location wise. You'll be sharing with Pip and George, we're chill, easy-going and will always offer a cup of tea / hot water when boiling the kettle, and enjoy a chat in the kitchen. George has been in the flat for 2 years and Pip has moved in a little after the lockdowns. Between us we've seen our unfair share of flat mates that are incapable of doing the bins, emptying the dish rack etc, so someone who is happy to muck in is more our thang! Having said that we're by no means clean freaks, and try to respect each others space. So give us a buzz if you feel you might fit in.

About the Flatmates
-Pip (he/they) - Former ballet dancer turned Economics student and teaches reformer Pilates on the side. Enjoys live theatre in any form, food (both eating out and cooks a mean black-bean stew) and travel (The Caucasus and central asian states are next on my list). Landlords son and helps to get any issues with the flat sorted!
-George (he/him) - fashion designer from Chesterfield.

-we get shared subscription toilet paper at £36 for a large box (works out about £3 a month)
-£16.66 per month for cleaner (£50 between 3, every quarter roughly we do an extra hour for a deeper kitchen cleaner)
