**HOUSEMATES

Current tenants are Meg (Runs an art program for a charity, from Cambridge- 26) and Rhonda (works as a talent agent, from Canada -31).
Meg & Rhonda are friendly and respectful, and though are both busy with work and other projects during the week, they enjoy the occasional chill and chat during the week in front of the TV, and can be persuaded into going for an impromptu drink after work or a bike ride to see an exhibition on the weekend.

**LOCATION

This lovely 3 bed flat is in an amazing location, with Brixton tube station 5-10 minutes walk away. We are also 5 minutes from Brockwell Park if you feel like escaping the city hustle & bustle.

We also have a super spacious courtyard where part is in the shade and decorated with hanging mirrors & plants and the other part is a sun trap!

Brixton is great, extremely vibrant, buzzing & friendly. There are so many interesting cafes, bars, restaurants & live music venues all within a 10 min walk from the front door....although you’d never know it once inside the building as it’s so quiet!

Brixton is served by the Victoria line which runs 24 hours on the weekends making your post-drinks journey home a doddle.
The areas of Dulwich, Herne Hill and Stockwell are within walking distance, so you can have a variety of choices at the weekend if you choose to stay local.
There is a lovely farmers market at Herne Hill on Sundays, huge park & lots of quaint cafes in Dulwich and access to the Northern / Victoria line in Stockwell.

**THE FLAT AND ROOMS

The Flat has one bathroom, a small and very bright kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer and essentials. We have a cosy living room with pull out sofa bed & tv and a door that allows you access to the court yard within seconds which has garden furniture & a BBQ.

The room: This spacious, airy & bright room contains a double bed, huge wardrobe, chest of drawers & shelves. As the room faces the courtyard it’s very quiet and very rarely gets any noise from around the area.

**RENT

£790 which includes all bills, it also covers household products such as cleaning products, toilet paper and cooking basics.

The room is let by our SUPERSTAR landlord who is amazing, he will often come over at the drop of a hat to fix anything, put up our TV, change bedroom door handles, you name it and Superstar Dave will do it!
