All utility bills, council tax and WiFi are included in the rent, along with professional weekly cleaning of the communal areas (kitchen/dining room, hallways and staircases). Laundry facilities are provided in the kitchen. There are no agency or other fees.

Centrally located on Brixton Hill, the amenities, bars and restaurants of Brixton and Streatham are at your doorstep. The property has excellent transport connections. A bus stop right outside the flat has routes 45, 59, 109, 118, 133, 159, 250, 333 into town. Alternatively it is a 5 minute bus ride to Brixton tube station which connects to the underground via the Victoria Line. For more peaceful days out and weekends, it's also a short walk to the beautiful Brockwell park.
