Double room with en suite. A large, sunny room overlooking the garden. To be let as a Monday-Friday (or fewer days).

One wall is given over to wardrobes so there's plenty of storage. I can provide bedding if you need.

There is a small shower room en suite (shower, toilet, basin).

There's a washing machine, large fridge, dishwasher and freezer in the kitchen. A cleaner comes once a week and a gardener visits occasionally to keep the garden tidy.

I have WiFi and freesat but no Sky or other tv package. There's a tv and stereo in the lounge.

We have a Sainsbury's Express six minutes walk away and a large Sainsbury's supermarket about 12 minutes.

Brixton Tube is a short bus ride down the hill or you can bob and weave through the streets - I walk it in 18 mins.

Tulse Hill station connects to London Bridge and is a 12 minute walk, or you can walk across Brockwell Park to Herne Hill station.
