I'm moving out, leaving behind a friend occupying one of the rooms. Dara is friendly, clean and respectful, sociable, not too noisy or nosy, and currently working in academia. I'm soon to be a live-out landlord but looking for someone lovely to enjoy living in the place as much as I have.
I'm looking for someone to occupy the spare double room for a minimum of six months to a year but would consider longer lets. Bills excluded, except for broadband which is included until the current contract expires in 2026. Council Tax is Band D (Lambeth).
