Recently re-decorated with new shower, bed and fridge. Includes central heating and hot water costs plus free use of the outdoor pool and spacious grounds. Comes with all kitchen appliances, double bed and mattress, wardrobe and table and chairs. Not inc: electricity, CT or wifi (there is no gas). It's 10 min walk from Brixton tube. I have the property on the market at the moment to sell, so am accepting short-term rents and is why I have reduced the rent from £950 to £800.
