Two Friendly Girls Looking For New Housemate

Hi,

We're Rachel and Katie - two friends from college, both 26. Our friend is migrating home to save for the dreaded deposit and her lovely, spacious double room is now up for grabs.

We live in a spacious and bright Victorian terrace house (with a garden!) which spans over three floors.

There's a large lounge/diner and a kitchen on the ground floor. The first floor has the bathroom and the available double room and the second floor are our two bedrooms.

Katie works for a charity and Rachel works as a nurse (shift work). We are both clean and tidy and love a house plant! We're not a big party house although we do like a good drink or two, especially at our great local or in the garden for a BBQ.

We're conveniently located by great transport links and lots of good pubs/restaurants/shops/parks etc.:

- Local Pub (3 minute walk)
- Tescos Extra (3 minute walk)
- Brockwell Park (5 minute walk)
- Brixton Station (20 minute walk/lots of buses which zip you down the hill)
- Streatham Hill Overground (20 minute walk)
