Quiet room in Victorian house, Monday to Friday.

Hello there,
do you work in London during the week and go back home to another place at weekends ? Or something similar ? I'm renting out a quiet sunny double bedroom for MONDAY TO FRIDAY In my home, I am the live in landlady.

We are 3 women, a semi retired set decorator, an architect and a teacher, English and Spanish, a friendly and quiet household.

We share the kitchen, with a new induction hob and microwave. There is high speed broadband.
There is a laundry room with washing machine and ironing board. The new boiler keeps the rooms warm.
There is a family bathroom with a proper bath and shower, and an extra toilet on the landing.
The yard outside is secure for bikes and there is permit parking availiable for residents outside.
We are very well placed for transport, you can be at Euston in 30 mins and Victoria 20 mins. There's 24hr bus stops, it's 12 mins walk to Brixton tube, Herne and Tulse Hill stations are 15 mins walk.
Nearby there are plenty of takeaways, pubs, markets, shops and restaurants, gyms, cinemas and the lovely Brockwell Park.
I have had journalists, architects, yoga and taichi teachers, designers and IT specialists staying in the bedroom in the past, some for years, some for months. The rent is a month in advance.
