Amazing studio apartment in a converted warehouse a stones throw from all the buzz of Brixton.

I am moving out of my large studio flat to move in with my partner so am looking for someone to take on the remainder of the tenancy which runs until 20th February 2020. Flat is available from the start of October and I can be flexible with move in date. This can be rolled or extended with the landlord should you wish to stay on.

Set in a gated development this recently converted warehouse has a great vibe. The studio is perfect for a solo renter or couple with lovely neighbours the famous Brixton Windmill behind, the amenities of Brixton and the beautiful Brockwell Park on the doorstep.

On the first floor the studio has a deceptively big room, approx 9m x 5m with floor to ceiling windows at one end and a full kitchen at the other. Comes furnished (pretty much everything can stay bar the bed and the desk!) and white goods. There is a separate shower room off the hall way.

The rent is great value for the space in the area and bills cheap.
