Cosy double room in a friendly house - Brixton

We have a lovely cosy double bedroom available within a five bed house with a large shared living room and a garden with a shed.

The room is on the first floor and has plenty of storage. There is a large wardrobe with a built in desk, shelves as well as draws underneath the bed. The room gets amazing natural light so great for plant lovers!

You will be living with 5 professionals who work within Finance, Music and Acting. All very easy going, friendly and love a pint.

5 - 10 mins to Brixton station, but also very close to Herne Hill - meaning the road is a little quieter and less hectic than most roads in Brixton.

Bills are separate, here is a breakdown of what we pay.

Water - £31.40
Council tax - £47.04
Gas and Electric - £42.08
Internet - £6.40

We also have a cleaner £45 once every 5 weeks - we take it in turns, this not included in the rent.

We are looking for someone to move in on the 1st April however if you would like to move in before that date then we are happy to arrange that!
