Our flat is on the first floor of a private estate situated on Brixton Hill. It has gas central heating, double glazing, and two bathrooms. You would share bathroom (shower and WC) with just one other person.
The room faces south and overlooks a quiet communal garden. The room is fully furnished.
The kitchen is fully equipped but quite small and it does not have a dining area. You would be eating your meals in your room.
The living room is not offered for sharing.
Free, secure off-street residential parking is available. Council tax and utility bills are inclusive.
