The Flat & Location

The flat is on the first floor of a Victorian house, with a split-level layout. Shared areas include the kitchen and open-plan living room. The bathroom is shared.

The flat is ideally located between Brixton, Clapham, Balham and Brockwell Park, with everything you need close by:

Brixton Station is 8 minutes away by bus (N109, N133, N250) or about a 10–12-minute walk

Waitrose, Sainsbury’s and Tesco are all within 5 minutes on foot

Brixton Market nearby with fresh groceries, coffee shops, restaurants and pubs

What I’m Looking For

You’ll be sharing with just one professional male in his mid-30s. I’m looking for a professional male, ideally around a similar age, who is clean, tidy, respectful, and appreciates a relaxed, peaceful environment.

This isn’t a party flat — I’m after someone who treats the place like their own and enjoys a quiet, comfortable home. A glass of wine and a chat is always welcome.

This is a longer-term let (not a short-term replacement).
