Looking for a new housemate for a large, friendly, multi-nationality house in Brixton.

Furnished decently sized double room in a clean and no Covid-19 property! Room comes with double bed and furniture (i. e. wardrobe/cupboard, side board .3 piece drawers).

Definitely big enough for you to get stuff in and have floor space left.

House is three floors and has two bathrooms, a very large kitchen (with large oven and white goods) and a large shared living room. We also have a back yard which is a suntrap in the summer. A cellar provides some storage room if needed.

Most bills included (including regular visit from a cleaner. Gas and electricity not included as they’re paid quarterly .

Two tube stations (Brixton and Clapham North) within walking distane, numerous bus stops near by, and also two large supermarkets within 5 minutes walk.

No pets .no students, no DSS preferred.

Would suit sociable yet respectful and mature professional (if you enjoy cooking even better as we enjoy cooking and eating together), who’s ideally not too “young at heart” but doesn’t want simply to live a quiet life. If you work from home at the moment and are looking to save some money: then this may be your perfect opportunity.

You'll be joining two males aged 35 plus who have lived here for several years. We're tidy, professional, conscientious, and have no preferences regarding gender identity, race, etc. Some of our interests include football, music, films, cooking and comedy. We enjoy socialising though obviously have work to balance too. You get the picture ;)
