I have a lovely double room in a recently refurbished flat. The room is furnished with bed frame, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

The kitchen has 2 large fridge/freezers, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer lots of storage space and hotwater on tap. the bathroom has a bath and shower and there is a private phone entry system.

There is one big bathroom with bath and shower, a great eat-in kitchen and spacious sitting area.

Landlord supplies weekly cleaner for communal areas.

New park rd, (SW2) is less than 10 minutes from Brixton station by bus and is conveniently situated minutes from Sainsburys, tescos, McD's, local pubs (2 within a 1 minute walk from front door) and 24 hr supermarkets. There are also at least 10 different buses that come from Brixton station up the hill so actually it never takes any time at all to get from the station home.
