Description
Hey there!
We’re looking for a friendly professional to join a 3 person flat conveniently located in Zone 2 Brixton (7 mins walk), available 1 Dec,2025
The room comes furnished with a wooden shelf, wooden desk, bed-side shelf, double-glazed windows, and a heater.
We’re an easy-going guy and girl (English and a Kiwi) in our 30’s and we love the lively and buzzing Brixton neighbourhood and having a nice stroll around Brockwell Park where there are plenty of summer music festivals just few minutes away.
We like to keep our flat clean and tidy and are considerate of noise etc. We’re generally quite busy with our personal lives and our own hobbies. We have a table and chairs in the kitchen where we enjoy cooking, chatting, having dinner and an odd G&T (or 2) when we’re all about (no lounge but plenty of kitchen banters :p)
Brixton tube station is just a quick 7-minute walk away, overground 10 minutes away, and 15 minutes to Herne Hill Station. There are plenty of busses close by (literally a 10-second walk) which head into central London, Peckham, Dulwich and the surrounding areas. We’re at the end of the Victoria line so you can usually get a seat in the morning or get woken up if you fall asleep.
3-min away from Brockwell Park (With a Lido, tennis /basketball courts, skate park). < 1 min from a big Sainsbury's,
2 beer gardens (Hootananny's, Effra Social), bars and a quick walk to the buzzing concert venue (O2 Academy, Electric Brixton). Needless to say, there are heaps more good eateries, shops, and places to hang out around Brixton Village, Pop Brixton.
Room is available 1/12, preferably move in latest by 3/12.
The room is suitable for someone (single occupancy) who needs mid to long-term tenancy.
Bills usually come to around £100 per month (council tax band B) and we share general flat expenses such as dishwashing liquids, hand soap, loo rolls which are a few £ between us.
If interested please get in touch via Spareroom and tell us a little bit about yourself and what times you're available :) and we can book in a flat viewing from there.
Viewing time:
15/11 (Sat) 10:00 - 14:00
16/11 (Sun) 10:00 - 17:00
17/11 (Mon) 17:00 - 20:30

21/11 (Fri) 16:30 - 20:00
23/11 (Sun) 9:30am - 5pm
Daytime / Lunch time viewing is possible on some days upon request (We sometimes work from home).
Looking forward to meeting you!
