Double Bed in Brixton

We have a gorgeous quirky flat located on a 5m walk from Brixton tube station.

The room is a small double bed that comes with a chest of drawers and a bed.

It has many common areas to hang out and only 3 people live in the flat, which gives everyone enough space and privacy.

The common areas include a big living room, a studio space for work that also serves as a second living room, a small kitchen equipped with the necessary appliances, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a communal back garden for barbecues and a front garden with a table and chairs for summer lunches and breakfasts.

We are two flatmates who work in the film/creative sector and the social charity sector. We are chilled, friendly and easy-going, but also responsible and committed to keeping the house clean and respecting other flatmates' personal space.

The flat has architecture with unique features with interior windows, arches, stained glass windows, and glass doors.

The landlord renovated the flat in 2020.

Rent is £750. Bills are approx. £120.
