We're looking for a new flatmate for our long term lease in Brixton:
The house is a 5 minute walk from Brixton tube, 10 from Herne Hill mainline station.
Brixton Market, Pop Brixton, supermarkets, pubs and restaurants are all within a 3-5 min walking distance.
The room is partly furnished: Double bed, new mattress, TV stand, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe.
You will have access to a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and rooftop terrace.
Bills are included (Water, Gas, Electricity, Broadband WiFi, Council Tax, TV License). Kitchen and Bathroom are furnished with washing machine, dryer and all usual amenities. The initial contract would be 3-6 months until the lease is renewed and we can start a new joint contract
Two long term tenants, one male, one female ages 25-45, both publishing and marketing professionals working from home. Cleaning is undertaken by everyone, and kept to as high a standard as we can manage. Anyone taking the room will have to be willing to take part in the regular cleaning and upkeep of the kitchen, bathroom, stairs etc.
Given the current situation, we're looking for a flatmate who is clean and will comply strictly with COVID19 regulations. We are both double vaccinated and would not live with Vax deniers or people putting us at risk.
