Double Room For Rent - Brixton/Tulse Hill

I am looking for one person to share a clean and comfortable 2 bedroom flat with private garden.

The room is furnished with a double bed and a double wardrobe.

Share kitchen with oven hob, fridge and separate freezer, washing machine.
Share bathroom and the bath is a single Jacuzzi bath/shower

We like to keep the house clean and tidy, so we are looking for someone who is like-minded and will be prepared to muck in to keep the flat clean and tidy, as if it were your own place.

There is a gardener who comes twice a week (at no extra cost to the tenant) to look after the garden.
