Brixton Hill Double Bedroom SW2

A lovely 2-bed new-build property ideally located close to Clapham and Brixton town centre. Just a short walk from the beautiful Brockwell Park, with Herne Hill and Tulse Hill stations nearby. The area is packed with great restaurants, supermarkets, bars, pubs and gyms — you’re truly spoilt for choice. There’s also excellent access to regular public transport just minutes away, taking you straight into central London.

The double bedroom comes semi-furnished and will be available from the beginning of March. It’s a good size with large windows that let in plenty of natural light, mirrored wardrobes and a chest of drawers. I’m happy to remove the current furniture if you’d prefer to bring your own, or we can chat about adding a couple of new pieces.

I’m a pretty laid-back guy with a good sense of humour and wouldn’t mind sharing with someone I can grab a drink with now and then. I’m a regular gym-goer and into my fitness. I work from home but am often out and about in London for meetings during the day. I also stay with friends and family some weekends, so you’ll get a fair bit of space and alone time. I’m a social smoker/drinker, clean and tidy, and like to keep the communal areas looking fresh.

Worth noting for animal lovers — this home also comes with Luca, a very friendly and affectionate cat, so a love of cats is a must. 🐾
