Double room in 4 bed Brixton flat a few minutes walk from Brockwell Park and lido. Centrally located between Brixton, Herne Hill, and Tulse Hill on the main Tulse Hill bus route from Brixton Station.

The double room is spacious, comes with a double bed frame with a mattress, though we would advise you to buy a mattress topper for comfort. The room has a built-in small wardrobe with rail, desk and chair.

Current occupants:
- Room 1: Jade (35-year-old female)
- Room 2: Rooshy (33-year-old female) and Matt (33-year-old male, landlord).
- Room 3: Spare room often used for working from home

Common interests include general exercise, cooking, watching tv/movies, and drinking. Everyone in the flat is really chilled and enjoys hanging out together in the evenings. We’re looking for an easy-going flatmate who is keen to socialise with us, though we will respect your need for privacy.

We're currently all working from home and once a week in the office but this is all done in our rooms. Preference is for a new tenant to be working infrequently at home.
