Spacious double w Brockwell Park on your doorstep

Available towards the end of May is a double ensuite room in a terrific terraced house overlooking Brockwell Park.

I am moving out of the house to return home after quite a few years in London.

The room is quiet and airy, and situated towards the rear of the house. It has heaps of storage with twin built-in wardrobes, a king size bed, and plenty of room for a desk.

The house has a special charm of its own and feels much like a home. Downstairs, the communal areas of the living room and the kitchen are spacious enough for socialising with the other housemates, cooking up a feast, and great for entertaining (when non-covid times return soon). The living room at the rear opens out onto the conservatory and garden, which has hosted many BBQs and has recently undergone a little refurb. We all keep the house nice and tidy.

The housemates are all professionals - social and easy going, we treat the house very much as a home and enjoy cooking, having drinks, or watching a movie together.

The house is nestled nicely in a small gated community, so has a quiet residential feel to it... and our front door is right next to the entrance to Brockwell Park! Great for running, or walking, or trying to pet as many dogs as you dare... there is also the lido, which contains a gym.
We are right around the corner from a small Tesco, and there is a big Sainsbury's less than 5 minutes walk down the road, opposite Hootanannys. Brixton centre is about a 10-15 min walk away, and Herne Hill NR station is 10 minute walk through the park.

Bills are managed communally and come to about £100 pcm on average.

The contract is rolling, so you can stay as long as you wish - just would need to replace yourself when you decide to move.
Obviously, the housemates would prefer someone who does want to stay long term and make it their home.
The move in date has some flexibility.
