Hello

We're looking for a 5th human to join our home for a long-term sublet :) preferably over 30 guy to keep the balance.

ROOM-- Good-size, Lovely and Bright double room facing our big back garden (south-east facing).
This room comes with a double bed, desk, chair, armchair, built-in shelves and a side table/drawers.

HOUSE -- Large Victorian semi-detached house with loads of character, spacious communal kitchen, 3 bathrooms + 1 toilet, and a massive secluded garden.
It has off-street parking and is located on a leafy, quiet street off Brixton Hill.

US -- We're a relaxed group of 4 friends (plus Rudi the cat!) who all contribute to making this home an interesting place to live.

We're a social bunch into music, travelling, art, quirky festivals and the occasional knees-up, or big BBQ in the summer. We like to keep active with things like - cycling explorations, yoga, djing, travelling or working on a master's in cultural studies.

We buy and cook food together and share the cost of this. So the person moving in should be comfortable joining in and cooking a couple of times a week (we eat together vegetarian but not vegan).

YOU -- ideally we'd like to recruit a like-minded, open and life-loving person to not just live in the room but become part of the house and be involved.

COST & AVAILABILITY -- The room is available from the 1st of December 2024. The monthly rent is £502, plus bills about £110-£220 on top of it (council tax band A, water, gas, electricity and WiFi) - altogether £615-£750 per month, depending on energy consumption/time of year.
