Central Brixton Female Houseshare

Flat is located in the heart of Brixton, just a 2 minute walk from the station and high street. We are looking to replace our lovely housemate who is moving for a new role.

We are a social house and love coming together to cook, share a glass of wine, go to the pub or have a games night. At the same time, while we get on very well, we all work different hours and have different schedules (with one of us sometimes working weekends) so we are very respectful of each others space.

The three remaining housemates you would be moving in with are aged 25-29. One of us works in recruitment and is not working from home currently, one of us is working in mental health (flexi working) and finally one is studying part time for her masters, whilst working in the homeless sector.

We are looking for a likeminded lady who can be our friend as well as our housemate :)

The room is south facing with a huge window that lets lot of light in. The room is part furnished - the wardrobe, curtains, mattress and double bed will be staying, but you may want to bring your own chest of drawers/other storage.

It is £568 pcm plus bills, which tend to come to around £55-85 pcm (depending on the time of year). Deposit is £692 which goes into a deposit protection scheme. There are agency referencing fees to be added to our contract which are £100.
