1 furnished double room to rent in two storey flat share available now. Only a 10 minute walk from Brixton tube station to share with two professional women.

Beautiful spacious two storey apartment is in a former Victorian house. We consider and treat it as our home and we would like the new possible flatmate to do the same. The house has a big living area, separate kitchen, one small bathroom with shower, one bigger bathroom with a bath/shower and a shared back garden.

The room is furnished with a chest of drawers and 2 wardrobes and comes with a 180 cm bed (bigger than kingsize).

You will be sharing with a Spanish Teacher (me), who has been living in the house for about 9 years. I'm into yoga, travelling, outdoors...

And Chloe, an English woman who works for a museum. She enjoys arts and culture, going to the theatre, singing in a choir, travel and going to the pub with friends.

We do our partying outside of the house and like our home to be a calm, relaxed place to cook, watch Netflix etc

Rent is £740 excluding bills and the contract will initially go for 1 year.

Looking for someone considerate, clean, friendly and responsible to share the house with. Unfortunately we can not consider people who work from home fulltime.

We would be arranging viewings next week 2nd and 3rd of October.

Moving date is quite flexible.
