Beautiful Room To Rent Near Brixton Hill

a gorgeous furnished double-bed room with greenery and great storage, room comes with a clothing rail and a vintage chest of drawers.

The house is vibrant and full of plants, we have Atlas, our cat, who is soon to be a dad to little kittens.

Three lovely creative ladies are living in the house at the moment. Gulce, Ava and Marybeth, the house is super sociable & we enjoy spending time together and also chilling out in our rooms. We all let each other have our own space & lives too, the house is kept nice n tidy majority of the time. Everyone helps out and does their part within the house & the garden too.

It’s about a 5-min walk to bus stop which takes you into brixton ( 5 mins on bus ) or about 15/20 min walk down brixton hill, Brockwell Park is less than 10 min walk away too! And we have a lovely cafe right at the corner & a Tesco, Sainsbury’s & Lidl nearby.

We are looking for a chill young person, male or female, who would make a great fit to our lovely home.

The rent is £565 for the room and bills come to around £30/35 per month. There is a £500 deposit payable when moving in.

The landlord does not live at the property, but she is great help and always responsive.
