Hi New Flatmates!

We are on the look out for 3 new people to join us in a lovely big house on Brixton Hill. Unfortunaley our current housemates are moving overseas or in withtheir partners, so we are hoping to find a great new group of people to live with.

Move in date would be ideally around or before the 1st of Jan, but there may be some flexibility as and when the previous housemates are leaving.

The House:
The house has a massive living room/dinning room (both with non-working fireplaces) as well as big kitchen with a second dining space, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and a huge garden which is perfect for BBQs in the Summer. The house was re carpeted just 3 years ago and furnished with new beds and sofas so it's to a good standard.

There is a shared bathroom with a shower and also a separate WC which are both just shared between 4. The house is huge with lots of space to work from and also socialise and split across three floors.

The house is just off Brixton Hill, around a 10 minute walk or 2 minute bus to Brixton station, with great transport links to all of central London. It's also super close to Brockwell Park, a few minutes away.

The Rooms
The 3 rooms are all double rooms, at various sizes, Room 1 does not include the bed, couch and bedside tables, but the housemate would like to sell that to the new tenant. Rooms 2 &3 are furnished with beds, warddrobes and some other bits of furniture. The rent includes bills which generally come to around 110 a month for heating, internet and we have a cleaner that comes fortnightly. However these can sometimes flex depending on power use during the month.

Existing Housemates
We are Simon and Harry, (Kiwi and Enlish), who get on really well in the house, but also have our own busy London Lives. We work a mix of at home in in the office during the weeks, and try to keeps things very chill and relaxed in the house!

Potential Flatmates.
We're hoping to find people that would love to call this place their home, and can all get on well, wether thats watching Love Island or going to the Whithorse Pub down the road. We'd also be happy to take on pairs of friends.

We like to keep the place tidy so someone who is house trained and cleans up after themselves would be great.

Landlord
The house is owned by a private Landlord, always super reponsive and happy to keep the place maintained and fix things when needed.

Admin
There is a £25 admin fee to be put on the contract plus £25 if you need to add a Guarantor to pass the financial checks.
