Two-bed flat on Brixton Hill with creative couple looking for new flatmate.

A bright bedroom furnished with a desk, bookcase, double bed, clothes rail, coat hanger, chest of drawers and space under the bed. Happy for flatmate to add or change furniture.

The flat is in a quiet spot but a 10min walk from Clapham Common, Clapham North and Brixton station (Northern and Victoria line) and buses to anywhere- 25mins on the bus to Waterloo! We are a short walk from Abbeville, Clapham Market and Brixton Market, great food and vibrant location.

We are a couple who have lived in the flat for 3 years, so we would love someone to make the room their own and add to our homey vibe, preferably long-term. We both work in film/tv animation and live-action, occasionally wfh, so another creative addition would be great!

We’re looking for someone independent, clean, tidy and sociable to move in from July/August - flexible move in date
