Bright Spacious big single room available in a quiet flatshare, close to Brixton station and Brockwell Park. It comes partly furnished - a double bed and wardrobe, has wooden floor and window facing shared garden with fruit trees.
You will be sharing the flat with 2 other female flatmates.
There is a decent size kitchen with a table, separate bathroom and toilet - so it never feels too busy in the morning.
As you enter the flat, we also have a balcony with plants and chairs to sit in and enjoy the afternoon sun... if it is not raining like this year.
The flat is 10 mins walk to Herne Hill train station and 12 mins walk to Brixton station. There are frequent buses to Peckham, Camberwell, Elephant & Castle and Streatham. We are also super close to Brockwell Park, Brockwell Lido, with lots of pubs, coffee shops, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, deli shops, a gym etc.
Oh and there is a cat, he is very friendly.
