Luxury King, 3bdrm home & garden ON Park🌳

I am temporarily leaving this amazing house share (🇬🇧 🇫🇷 🇩🇪) as I'll be in Germany as part of my PhD program. We are looking for someone to take over my room for 4 months from late August to the end of the year.

A huge and bright master bedroom to rent for a short let in a 4-floor light and airy Victorian house with garden overlooking Brockwell Park. It’s a quiet street but only 7mins walk to Brixton tube & 2mins to a large supermarket and other amenities.

This master bedroom has original wood flooring, blackout curtains, John Lewis mattress/bed, a chest of drawers, marble fireplace and in-built wardrobes. Further, I'll leave my gigantic 2m wide desk, two 27-inch screens and work chair in my room.

It's a beautiful characterful home, lovingly decorated and furnished high-spec: Miele machines, Creuset kitchenware, Lacanche oven, cool artwork/decor, relaxing conservatory, and secluded well-planted garden with a 7ft trampoline! There is a large bathroom with bath and shower, and another toilet downstairs. The living room is equipped with projector and screen for movie and Netflix nights. Throughout the house we have 5 SONOS speakers for synchronised sound :)

The lido (pool), Hotpod Yoga, cafes, Italian deli, BMX, pitches, greenhouses, tennis courts are all a minute away by foot as is the large Sainsburys supermarket, Hootananny, Effra Social and Negrils. Literally these are around the corner of our quiet cul-de-sac.

As the landlady lives abroad, you’ll be sharing with the brother of the landlady, Anthony (36) and Lucile (28). Anthony and Lucile are both easy-going and good company. We want someone kind and considerate who is also up for a shared meal/drink from time to time.
Anthony works in Finance, is used to sharing and into the gym/sports but also likes art, cinema and doing stuff. If you like tennis or golf he'll be good for a game. He eats a lot of meat/fish so I really wouldn't live with him if you are vegetarian/vegan!
Lucile works in E-Commerce and is really pleasant to live with. If you are into fashion, culture, movies, food, etc... she knows it all!
The landlady’s partner, Sat, sometimes needs to work from London and needs somewhere to sleep (max. 1 night a month) so they keep a room even though you won’t see him. In the last year, he has returned once, and since I moved in April he hasn't been here a single time.
