Hey all. We are looking for someone to complete our home. Lovely room available from the 01.01.2025 with fabulous room mates (if I do say so myself) The room is in a furnished 3 floor townhouse in a private gated mews. The room comes with a bathroom/shower and bath, an open plan sitting room/Kitchen and balcony competes the property.
It is a quick 10 minutes walk from both Brixton station and Clapham North Stations and situated in a lovely and secure community.
Great amenities close by with a Lidl just next door and a large Tesco just a few minutes away. Lots of food places and bars too.
We are looking for someone clean, considerate but most importantly looking to make our home theirs too.
We are 2 working professionals, we have very busy schedules but love a pint/glass of wine and socialising together when we have the chance.
There is a private car parking space that can be discussed separately if this is needed.

The rent is £750 and the bills are roughly £190 per month, Deposit is £750 and you would be on contract, references required.
We are looking for a housemate to join us and who is clean/tidy and respectful of the other housemates but happy and good fun.

Please note that the bedroom is not large enough to work from work in regard to a desk being in there but for the right person we can make things work as needed.
