The flat is 10 mins walk max. From Brixton station on a really nice and quiet residential street. We have all the amazing amenities Brixton has to offer on the doorstep.
The flat is top floor conversion, split-level and finished to a nice modern standard. The room itself has a good double bed and large double wardrobe and extra storage draws under the bed. There is also other storage in the living room which you are welcome to use and make the place your own as well. There is super-fast virgin WiFi in the flat, I don’t currently have virgin TV but would be happy to get it.
You’ll be sharing with me, I’m 38 year old guy who works in banking and enjoys all of the usual things really, friends, food, pubs, reading, etc. I’m a pretty relaxed person and easy going. I sometimes DJ out in London but don’t worry I don’t have any equipment setup in the flat.
