One large double bed room in Brixton. The room comes with the bed and dresser in the picture.

- Rent is 770 excluding bills (40 for bills 60 for council tax)
- Deposit is 770
- Contract will be a 12 month tenancy agreement with a break clause after 6 months.
- The property is managed through an agent but the landlord is often involved in maintenance.
- They do requiring referencing and employment checks.

Flat is a two bedroom located on the bottom floor. It has a soft good communal space, lots of natural light and an attached kitchen that’s very well equipped. There’s also a good amount of storage, and a garden that needs some work! (I have aspirations of becoming a good garden dad).

Location wise the flat is a couple blocks away from Pop Brixton
- A 6 minute walk to the underground
- The 345, 45, and 35 stop just across the road to good accessibility to the rest of South London via bus.

About me and living together
I’m a 29 year old queer cis-man who works in the service industry. I don’t have any strong feelings about parties, or noise (I mostly just have small dinner parties with friends) but it would be nice to build a transparent open space where we can talk about issues like that, you know. My aspiration is to make a cozy and wholesome home and it would be nice to have that as a shared project.

Accessibility
As mentioned the flat is on the ground floor however there are two steps from the street into the build. The main corridor in the flat is also a bit narrow.

Move in dates
Anytime from the 6th of March.

Pets
The current contract doesn’t allow for pets but I know that previous tenants were allowed to keep a cat, and I’d love to have a pet in the house.
