Big room in sunny, airy flat in a great location!

Looking for a new flatmate to share my home with.

My flat is just up Brixton Hill on a beautiful road in a brilliant location: 10mins walk to Brixton tube with Brockwell Park, pubs, gyms and loads of other local amenities less than 5 mins away. Also well served by buses up to the tube and beyond.

The room itself is pretty big (approx 4x4m) with high ceilings and a big window. It comes partially furnished with a double bed, bedside table, shelves and a small clothes rack.

The flat is set over the top two floors of a Victorian house with a big, bright shared living room and a recently refurbished kitchen.

I've included bills in the monthly price and also have a cleaner who comes every other week.

A bit about me: I try to keep a clean and tidy house. I'm a friendly, open-minded person and live a healthy, active lifestyle. I enjoy going out to gigs, visiting museums and socialising, although more often than not, it's quiet nights in these days. I'd like to think I'm pretty easy going and respectful and trust that you would be too!

The flat is big and although you'll be sharing with me for the next few months, I'll be going travelling at the end of January '25 so hope to find someone responsible who can look after my flat (and plants!) whilst I'm away. It means that you'll have the large space to yourself for at least 3 months or so.
