Sunny double near Brockwell Park available Sept

I’m looking for a new housemate for a very happy home. I’ve been here twelve years, with lots of friends coming and going over the years.

The flat is a maisonette with big eat-in kitchen (gas hob) and separate sitting room. There's a shared bathroom with shower over bath. There's one little bedroom, one mid-size bedroom and a big bedroom. From September, I’m taking the little bedroom as my office so it will be just two of us sharing the flat total. The biggest bedroom is the one that’s becoming available.

The bedroom is a double, on the top floor at the back of the house. It's very sunny. The two bedrooms are on different floors so they feel quite private. I've included photos of the room as the current tenant has it, and as the previous tenant had it, so you can see it styled different ways. The bed and the antique chest of drawers come with the room. Other furniture belongs to my housemates.

Bills (council tax, internet, renewable energy, water) are c. £208 p/m.

I’m a filmmaker. I eat veggie/fish mainly but not as a rule. I like watching movies, cooking, looking after the plants and getting new ones, swimming in the lido year-round, going for coffee, having friends over for dinner, and dog-walking when my mum's adorable cockapoo Red comes to stay.

The landlord has always been kind, responsive and respectful. There's another flat downstairs with friendly neighbours (a couple and their baby).

The street is quiet and friendly. There's Stir Coffee at the end of the next road, the Elm Park Tavern and Brockwell Park about 5 mins walk away. Brixton tube is about 10-15 mins walk, and Herne Hill train station is also about 15-20.
