. Hello! We are looking for a new housemate to join this lovely apartment, located on a friendly and quiet street with a great community feel. The room is available at the end of July and the lease will start up in the beginning of August. The rent is £625. The bills usually come to £85. The room is a double bedroom and comes with a double bed and a wardrobe. There is a bathroom, kitchen living room area and garden. You will be sharing with two other flat mates. One roommate is Aleyna, she’s 24 and works in the civil service. She enjoys staying active, meeting friends, reading and exploring London. My name is Sean and I am the other roommate. I am marrying my lovely husband this summer that lives abroad that visits once and a while.
