Spacious Short Term Double in Brixton, 1 month

Hi all! My room in a 3-bed flatshare in Brixton is available for short-term let, as I am planning to sublet for about 4 weeks (flexible) while i am away. Female preferred.

Rent is 800 pcm, plus 100 bills (everything included)

The room is very spacious and bright, with a double bed, a great setup for home-working, and skylights allowing natural light over the entire day. It will come furnished with a bed, bookcase, wardrobe, mirror, chest of drawers and large desk + chair.

My two flatmates are aged 25 and 28, 1 male 1 female. They are friendly and easygoing but mostly keep to themselves

Dates are still to be 100% confirmed, but it should be from the 22nd of February for about 1 month. If this time frame mostly works for you but you'd like to be a bit flexible on dates let me know, we can probably work something out
