Double room in Brixton Hill

Looking for a new flatmate to share my space with, ideally a calm atmosphere during weekdays for WFH and a welcoming, sociable environment for evenings/weekends.

Haven't been super lucky with flatmates recently so I’d love to find someone I can share a home with, hopefully be friends and have a little community with. Have some great mates who love meeting new people and would love to find someone who's the same. If you’re a plant parent is a plus as there’s many plant babies to take care of and many more to come.

A bit a bout me: love going to festivals though haven't made it to many this year, occasional day-parties like Unfold, Adonis, Riposte, Body Movements, Forwards (Bristol). Play guitars of various descriptions and sing a little (not late though) so would really love to share the space with someone musical or otherwise creative. Travel quite a bit so there may be the occasional sublet of my room, you'll also be able to sublet ofc if you find someone sound.

The room is in a light, top floor new-build flat. Located on a quiet street midway between Clapham and Brixton. ~10 mins by bus or a 20 minute walk from Brixton station and a 15/20 minute walk from Clapham North, Direct bus routes to Marble Arch, Clapham Junction and Holborn.

Internet is >200 Mbps.

Couples considered for an additional £200 per month plus bills.
