Hi everyone, I am moving out of my flat on August 20th and so there’s a room available for 1 month until the tenancy ends on September 20th. The location is amazing, right on the edge of Brockwell Park in Brixton (the park is basically your garden) and the flat has tonnes of natural light all day. 12 minute walk to Brixton tube station and about the same to Herne Hill station.

Lovely living area with TV and sofa, books to read, well equipped kitchen with washing machine and a modern bathroom.
