One Double Room in 2 bed Flat Brixton SW2 (Zone 2)

Hello my name is Fatima, I'm French and I've been living in London for 10 years, I work in the construction industry
I'm renting a 2 bedroom flat with my friend who is unfortunately leaving the flat. The room will be vacant from the second week of May 2024. The flat is located in Brixton, is a 10min walk from the station, 2min from Sainsbury's and 5min away from Brockwell park. The room is a double bed very decent size and can be furnished or unfurnished if you want to bring your own furniture.

The person I'm looking for is a friendly, nice and quiet professional, we will respect each other space. Also, you must be clean that's very important for me. I like art, reading, going out for dinner with friends, going to exhibitions walk in the park and travelling. I can be social but I enjoy my time alone.
